Hi Nina...it's been awhile since you posted, but I found these Goulds on the 1860 Andro. census:
p. 137 #17/18
George H./23/farm laborer/ME
Jacob Gould Jr./52/farmer/ME
page 141 #51/54
Samuel M./22/farm laborer/ME
page 155 #158/169
Martha J./19/ME/domestic listed w/ James Coombs
page 167 #272/292
George W./22/master carpenter/ME list. w/Blethens
page 364 #559/650
page 419 #806/967
James H./21/factory operative/ME
page 446 #925/1105
Joseph B./28/house carpenter/ME
Clarkson GOULD, Betsey, Francis, Clarkson
Stephen GOULD, Priscilla, Melissa, Andrew, Corrisan Georgianna, Charity, John F.(2)
There are a number of "strays" in Lew/Auburn living in boarding houses & families, working the factories & mills. No names that were on your list.
I have completed transcribing the 1860 census for Lew., Aub., Webster, Wales. Working on Lisbon now.
Hope this helps. Joan
