This may or may not be your Rose. The marriage date would be about 1891.
In the 1910 Census for East Livermore, Androscoggin County, ME, enumeration district 13, sheet 6B, enumerated April 25:

-Swift Herbert B. age 43, married once, married 19 years, born Maine, parents born Maine, farmer
-Swift Rose F. age 39, wife, married once, married 19 years, born Maine, parents born Maine
-Swift Frank age 11, son, born Maine
-Swift Mabel F. age 6, daughter, born Maine
-Tapley Leona R. age 21, housekeeper, born Maine
