maiden name. Maybe I can help you by going
backward.
It seems that all the Arvey's on the Eastern
Shore are Decendants of One or two men. If its
one man he was married twice. The 2 names
I find are Levin and Levi. From the way it looks
it was one man and he was married twice. Once
in Somerset co. and once in Wicomico Co. I will
keep looking.
Did your Husband's grandmother have any
brothers or sisters? This could be of help if
you happen to know.
There are quite a few of Levi's decendants
all over the place. I went to school with
my second cousin and didn't even know it. It
took me 40 years to find this out.
My maiden name was Middleton. I grew up
in Pittsville and live there now.
