Maybe you can make sense of the FamilySearch database version of the 1880 Census, Tyaskin, Wicomico, MD, all b. MD:

Juan HORSEMAN, 40
son Cadmus, 39 [ How precocious! ]
son Hrim [sic] P., 25
son Mathew A., 20
son P. A., 27 [sons all called oystermen]
granddau. Emily C., 17. [P. A. & Emily are listed as married; others all single.]
