Marilyn, refresh my memory what the DO and SO letters placed after the names mean. I just can't seem to recall what they are. I would like to send the name and information of Peter Fitzgerald/Fitchgaril to someone. This is one of my great great grandmothers maiden name. It is the original spelling.

You certainly have a lot of information on the Woolford family of MD. I wish I could say they were my line because I followed them for quite a ways back and saw lots of possibilities to tie them to the Woffords but never proven. As I mentioned to Gail Trail, the name Wofford has been pronounced as if that first O were an A and spelled both Wofford and Wafford, probley lots of other versions also.

Thanks for sharing so much information. Virginia
