You didn't say when she married either of these men but I found nothing on Farrell. In 1930 James Goldborough was a painter in the US Navy stationed at Camp Holabird in DC. Most likely that is where they met. He was from DC as were his parents and he was born in 1893.He was in the Navy in 1920 also.
IN 1917 he lived in St Mary's Co and filed a WWI draft card naming his mother Mrs Charles Goldborough as next of kin.
This is all I could find.
