I have two Will listings for a Thomas Warren. They came from this list, but I am confused. The will is for Thomas Warren. I think that one is an extract and the other a transcription of the will. Both say pretty much the same thing except for the surname name of one daughter, Elizabeth. One says to grandchaildren, ch/o Eliz Mattingly, decd., Wit: Thos Spalding and Leonard and Edward Mattingly.
The other says, I give to the heir of my daughter Elizabeth Hyatt, decd. One shilling.
It has the same withnesses.
Was Elizabeth Married twice? Once to a Mattingly and once to a Hyatt?
Is Thomas the one that married Rebecca Tucker. The more I work on the Warrens, the more confused I get.
