SWEARINGEN REUNION – contact information available for June 23rd, 2007

10:00 am Swearingen reunion attendees at the tent area of the Visitors Center.
Tours are being set up for the reunion group; indications are needed in order to arrange for our tour quides. Lunch is planned for noon at the Visitors Center.
Pre-registration and costs will be available from Mark Swearingen, Reunion Contact.
To Be Determined: informal Swearingen researchers gathering for Sunday, June 24th.
The date designated is June 23, 2007 at Historic St. Mary’s City, Maryland and coincides with the Grand Opening of the new exhibit at the Van Sweringen Site. The museum is hosting an official ceremony at 1:00, walking tours with research staff and lectures in the Visitors Center at 4 pm.

There is a tremendous amount of information on the web for St. Mary’s City and Leonardtown (where the historical society resides) and other things to do in the area.
The genealogy society for St Mary’s County has been wonderful so do look them up and contact them as well.
