Leonard Brooke's land holdings

Leonard Brooke, son of Baker and Anne (Calvert) Brooke, inherited from his father part of Brooke's Manor and Haphazard. Was "Brooke's Manor" the same as Delabrooke Manor? Apparently most of Delabrooke Manor went to Baker Brooke's son Baker Brooke who died in 1698 and then to Baker Jr.'s son Leonard? At least one Leonard Brooke in the 1707 Rent Roll is shown with the 2000 acre Delabrooke Manor. Based on Baker Brooke's will it would not seem that this 1707 tenant would be the Leonard Brooke who married Anne Boarman?
The 1718 will of Leonard Brooke does not bequeath any land named Delabrooke Manor. He leaves daughter Eleanor "Hardshift". He leaves daughter Jane "Haphazard" which he had inherited from his father. He leaves his dau Anne an unnamed piece of land "at fork of creek running into Col Henry Lowe's landing." The balance of the land was left to his only son Charles Brooke but is not named or described. One would suspect that this bequest to Charles was the major portion of his land holdings? Was it a portion of Brooke's Manor?
What became of Charles Brooke? I can find no mention of him, but an old genealogy says he died before 1 July 1761 without heirs and his property was divided among his sisters. Where is the evidence for this? There seems to be no estate administration for him in Maryland that I can find. He does not appear in the Rent Rolls, etc. Am I missing something? It is a long time from 1718 when his father died to 1761 when he said to have been deceased.
Thanks,
