Old House at "Bellevue Farm"

Hi - I am searching for information and/or an old photograph of the old house that once stood on the farm, "Bellevue" that was on the Wye River in Queen Anne's County, Maryland. This was the home of Richard Bennett Carmichael in the 19th century.

Can anyone help with this?
