I don't know if this helps but I have found a John Powell born in QAC about 1685. He had a daughter, Amy Powell, in 1724. Amy Powell married Henry Lisenby in 1745. Henry is a great...Grandfather on my mother's side. I have no information as yet on John Powell having had any other children. I just haven't had time to trace that family any further as yet.
