Looking for info on a Captain John Griffin who married an Elizabeth Bryan and any data possible on their children. Time period is between Revolutionary War and Civil War. This is all I know at present. Need info for history project about the Eastern Shore.. Also interested in personal data on Captain Griffin; occupation, civil service, military service, etc. How did he get the title of Captain?
Also researching Wallis, Browne, and Notley deCourcey in Q. A. County.
Post answers here or feel free to e-mail me direct. Many thanks.
