Sorry, I've searched, but I cannot identify the Elizabeth PARSONS who witnessed the will of Charles WALKER in 1730.
"My" Thomas PARSONS had a will proved 31 May 1684, Anne Arundel Co., MD. His wife was Isabel[la], who m2. Benjamin CAPEL[L], will pr. 20 Aug. 1711, AA. Isabel's will was pr. 22 Dec. 1717, AA.
Thomas PARSON's eldest daughter Elizabeth (ca. 1660 - by 1714) m. ca. 1682, John NORRIS, who m2. ca. 1715, & whose wife was Mary in his will pr. 5 Dec. 1740, AA.
Thus, Thomas PARSONS had a daughter Elizabeth, but she had married and died by 1714.
Charles WALKER's will was pr. Prince George's County. There was a Thomas PARSON[S] whose inventory was recorded in Pr. Geo., 13 Aug. & 4 Dec. 1712, and will pr. 21/24 Je. 1712, Pr. Geo. Co. However, the will of that Thomas PARSONS only named wf. Joan & ch. Margrett & Samuel. Thos. GANT, ex. Wit. Hezekiah BUSSEE, Leonard HOLLYDAY, Alex. MAGRUDER.
Inventory of the estate of John NABB, Queen Anne County, 1711, 32C.107, named next of kin Thomas and Elisabeth PARSONS. Inventory of Mathew MASON, Queen Anne Co., 1715, 36C.239, named next of kin Mary BAILY & Elisabeth PARSONS.
The children of Charles WALKER & Rebecca are recorded in Queen Anne Parish: Elizabeth, b. 22 Dec. 1695; Charles, 9 May 1698; Rebecca, 11 Apr. 1700; Mary, 11 May 1702 [?]; Ruth, 11 Apr. 1704; Isaac, 5 Mar. 1706; Ann, 10 Apr. 1708; Richard, 4 Mar. 1709/10; Crecy, 26 Oct. 1713; Joseph, 24 Dec. 1715; & Rachel, 6 Feb. 1717.
Rebecca m. 24 Jan. 1720/1, Benjamin BRUSHIER, Jr.
Ruth m. 13 Aug. 1723, John BRUSHIER.
The only PARSONS in Pr. Geo. Co. Indexes of Church Records, Queen Anne Parish, is George PARSONS, who m. 14 Nov. 1736, Sarah VERNON.
MD Deponents & More MD Deponents: Charles WALKER of Pr. Geo. Co. deposed several times. Charles WALKER was 46 in 1714, 48 in 1715; 40 in 1717; 55 in 1720; 56 in 1729; 60 in 1729. [I would guess he was born by 1670 and married at age 25 by 1695. His wife was probably younger, since she probably had her children from age 20 - 42.] That makes Charles a bit young to have migrated with anyone other than his parents if he came ca. 1680.
There was a Charles WALKER, Jr., of Rock Creek Hundred in 1719. Charles, b. 1698, would have been of age by then [MD State Papers, Black Books].
F. Edwd. WRIGHT's Anne Arundel Church Records: Charles WALKER was buried 21 Dec. 1718, All Hallows. [I do not see any probate for that Charles WALKER.]
The inventory of Charles WALKER, 21 Jan. 1730 [1730/1], Pr. Geo., by Rebecca WALKER, exx., mentioned Charles WALKER, Van SWEARINGEN, Thomas WILLIAMS, William HOLMES, John DIGGES, & Isaac LANDSDALE.
Good luck finding the connection!
