Caleb Beall -- more than one?

How many Caleb Bealls were there in Montgomery County in the late 1800's?

There is a Caleb Asbury Beall and wife Margaret Lucinda buried in the Bethesda Church Cemetery in Browningsville, Maryland, who was born July 20 1842 and died February 15, 1928. I checked this out personally last week.

There is a Caleb Beall whose obituary appeared in the Frederick News, Thursday, February 17, 1898 (source: Carty Lawson, via the website NewspaperArchive.com).

Margaret Lucinda Beall is listed as a widow in the 1900 census.

Carty Lawson writes, "I also did a search of the 1900, 1910 and 1920 census (Ancestry.com) and could find no Caleb Beall listed and in each of those census the wife Margaret is listed as a widow so I believe the 1898 date of death is correct.

It seems unusual that a relatively recent tombstone would be off by 30 years.

Are there more than one person Caleb Beall? Which married Margaret Lucinda, or did each one marry a woman of that name?
