One Jeremiah LEWIS lived in Prince George's County in 1802, PG Co. Indexes of Church Registers, Prince Geo. Parish: Mrs. HOWARD died 20 Apr. 1802 at the home of Jeremiah LEWIS.

Jeremiah LEWIS [II?] left a will, per Abstracts of Wills, Montgomery Co., MD, made 23 Apr. 1815, pr. 31 Dec. 1822. Children, Rachel WATKINS, Margaret BARBER, Jane WINDSOR, Drusilla BROWNING, Jeremiah, Thomas, & Jonathan LEWIS. Children of decd. son Levy. Exs. son-in-law Nicholas WATKINS & son Jeremiah LEWIS. Wit. John L. & Danl. TRUNDLE, Levin C. BEALL.

Daniel LEWIS, 4 Sep. 1781, 11 Je. 1787. To wf. Margaret & ch. Jeremiah (ex.), David, Margaret, & Drusiller. Wit. Alex. & John BEALL.

Levin LEWIS, 31 Mar. 1812, 11 Aug. 1812. Wf. Rebeckah & six ch, not named. Wf. & Jas. DAY, coexs. Wit. Jeremiah WATKINS, Jonathan BROWNING, Zadock BROWNING. [Those are the only three LEWIS wills in the published abstracts to 1825.]
