I'm going out on a limb, and will disagree with Rachel's b/date of 1752/53.RW pension states she was 84 in 1837 [1753], but this would place her age at 55 when dau Polly was born in 1808...not impossible, but highly unlikely.
Mongtomery Co was formed 1776 from Frederick Co.
Maryland Records Colonial, Revolutionary, County, and Church from Original Sources Vol. I about Rachel Lingoe
Name: Rachel Lingoe

====================
also Thomas LINGOE b 1760; John LINGOE 1765, Lower Potomack Hundred.No other LINGOE listed, so possibly orphaned, or in a blended family. I would have to know name of H of H to provide additional info.Rachel's eldest ch was Thos, so that would be another tie-in..
I suggest you comb early MD probate records.

The only LINGO[E] I found earlier in MD [1750s] were in Somerset Co...Jacob, and Robinson/Robertson.
