I would still try for the actual document.

1850 Worcester Co MD
John 40 MS
Hester 53 MD
WEBB, Minus 13 OH

Possible explanations...

1. Hester could be his mom...could be Hessy listed below.
My vote is for this explanation....Hessy is 40-50 1840
112-0001001 which matches her age 1850 [hubby possibly Thos 1830 Worcester]
2. they may be guardians.
3. He is working away from home to help support the family, and his parent[s] could be one of the WEBBs listed 1850 Worcester Co

WEBB is very common, and family may have lived elsewhere, but 1840 Worcester.....Ephraim, Hessy, Isaac....all have males under 5.
