Ratcliff / Fellows / Vining

I am searching for a birth notice, bible record, etc. on John Ratcliff who married Sarah Fellows, who had s daughter named Sarah. I would need the birth notice on her. Also, if there is a marriage bond as well for John Ratcliff and Sarah Fellows I would need that as well.

I understand John and Sarah were married circa 1719 in Talbot Co., Maryland after announcing three times their intent to marry before the Third Haven Creek Church or Community. I understand they had about 6 children.

I am searching for a birth notice of their daughter Sarah who was born circa 1727 I believe in Talbot Co., Maryland as well.

I have read a lot of queries that state that Sarah Ratcliff (daughter of John Ratcliff and Sarah "Fellows" Ratcliff) married John Vining circa 1740. I have NOT found a marriage bond or any land transfers mentioning Sarah and John Vining from her father or mother.

I also understand that John Ratcliff may have died intestate in Dobbs Co., NC. I understand that intestate and letters may have been issued by the Secretary of State [NC] for distribution of his estate in the Jan 1772 session of court in Dobbs Co., NC.

I am hoping that someone has documents to prove this link. I look foward to hearing from someone who might have this documentation.

Thank you,

Mike Tomme
