Montevue Hospital, Frederick, MD

I am trying to find information on William Henry Miller (1839-1891) who was the superintendent of this hospital/asylum sometime around 1879. I have found only limited information online about the history of the hospital, not much of it good, but I am specifically interested in knowing about Miller's time there. Any ideas?
