Grave search Bay

ive traced my Bay roots to the north and south potapsco hundred disctricts in Maryland to a tobacco plantation of John Bay 1650?-1701? and his son John Bay 1682?-1739? Ive been trying to find a historic cemetery grave search with NO luck how could I find out where they were buried. Who were these men are there any records of them?
what is the best way to go about finding john Bay of 1650 father?
