My grandfather Michael Kuzminsky arrived through Baltimore, Maryland on the Frankfurt in 1904. He was from Sieniawa, Galicy. He was married to Helen (Helen) Rak possibly in Sieniawa, Galicy, Austria.
I am looking for any information on his.
Oh - his first child was born in Hammond, Indiana (Sophia)April 30, 1908. I am thinking if I could see or get information from her birth certificate I would know how my grandfather spelt is last name at that time as there appears to be some confusion on that.
I do know that at some point he came to Canada and the name somewhere along the line got changed to Comisky.
I would like to know if he became an American Citizen as well.
