Nor do I know who the parents of "Harris Allen" were. My Allen's were in Johnston and Wake County, North Carolina and went southward into South Caroline and then to TN. My Lambert/ Allen connection is the following: John Allen, son of William Allen married Eleanor Lambert, daughter of John Lambert, born 1641 Wife of John Lambert was Ellen Neville Children of John and Eleanor were: James, John, Thomas, Joseph who married Barbara Adams, Anne, Archibald and George.
