I have a Staley/Stehli connection with a major gap. I too can take this family back to Switzerland except for the problem that my gg grandmother Elizabeth Geasey who married John Staley birthed my g grandmother Lucretia Staley several years after John's death. I've concluded that I cannot claim the ancesters of John as my blood relations. My reason for writing is to determine if you are aware of other Frederick County MD John Staleys that I may have missed in my research.
