Am looking for info on the daughter of Joseph & Anna (Story) Baggs
Daughter,Ella Baggs,birth abt 1891 in Maryland, but think she lived in Evenwood, W.VA.
Ella married William Penn Rhine in Manistee,Mich.May 8th 1920.
Looking to find Ellas family,and Williams.
William was born in ILL,abt 1867, all I know is marriage licence says his father was also William and his mother was Mary J.(Hart) Rhine.
Then it appears the Rhines where in Ind. Then in Mich.
because of Fredrick Rhine lived in Bear Lake, Mi. and is buried in Elberta,MI.
Does any of these names ring a bell to to.
I really need help badly on these names.
