David Morrow married Mary Patton? c1740's near Baltimore?

My ancestors, David Morrow & Mary LNU lived in the Baltimore area in the mid 1700's. I think her maiden name was Patton. Not very sure. Would really appreciate any help proving or disproving this hypothesis.
David & Mary Morrow's children were born near the Baltimore area from c1750 thru 1765. The family then moved to the Fishing Creek area of Chester Co SC by 1766. They lived there until 1779 when they moved to the Spartanburg area of SC.
Lots of Pattons living in the Fishing Creek area of Chester Co SC during the 1770's and lots of Pattons in the Spartanburg area of SC during the Rev War. Matthew Patton served in Roebuck's Regiment of SC Militia with my ancestor, Robert Morrow, son of DAvid & Mary Morrow above.

Bill Morrow
