Some more info on Magruder's and Claggett's (which, I believe, is spelled with 2 g's and 2 t's, per several sources including the Henry Claggett Chapter of the DAR).
I have some interesting twists and gaps with the two families, such as:
Ann Magruder (July 08, 1738 - ????), daughter of Samuel Magruder III and Margaret Beall Jackson, m. Henry Claggett (???? - bef. 1784) and had Ann Claggett, who could have been born anytime between 1755-1765. I have nothing else confirmed on her as of yet.
The Ann Claggett I have married to a Samuel ? Magruder currently have the following children: Eleanor, Samuel Claggett, Margaret Agnes, Mosly, and Henrietta Magruder (b. 1773, m. Elisha McAtee).
I have an Unknown Claggett m. Ann Magruder (abt 1724 - ????), daughter of Ninian Magruder and Elizabeth Brewer.
I have another unknown Claggett m. Rachel Magruder (Jan. 1726/7 - ????).
(Rachel Magruder and Ann Magruder of Ninian and Elizabeth Brewer Magruder were both married to Claggett's but I have no first names. I believe them to be two different Claggett's since both of the daughters have the last name Claggett in Ninian's will.)
I have a George C. Claggett (1697 - ????) m. Mary Magruder (1706 - bet. 1730 & 1739), daughter of Samuel Magruder (I) and Sarah Beall. They had a Sarah Claggett.
I have a John Claggett m. Sarah Magruder, daughter of Alexander Magruder (1703 - 1751) and Ann Wade.
I have a Mary Claggett m. Nathaniel Magruder (1721 - ????), son of Ninian Magruder and Elizabeth Brewer.
I believe that all of these Claggett's are probably related in some fashion or another, either through their own line or marriages with Magruder's but I do not have them all connected as of yet.
