Dear David,
I received my gg grandmother Elizabeth Seth Ashby's death certificate and it lists her parents as Thomas Seth and Rebecca Bull and that she was born in Elkton, MD. Would you happen to have Rebecca and Thomas in your records. They were from Eastern Maryland - likely Cecil County, maybe even into Delaware.
Thomas and Rebecca may have been married in about 1820 (+ or -). Elizabeth Seth Ashby died in Chester City, Delaware County, PA 11 March 1914 at age about 87 (born about 1827).
Elizabeth Seth Ashby married Byard Ashby in Cherry Hill, Cecil County, MD December 1850.
