There is Mt Airy Presbyterian in Lisbon proper. I think it is actually a modern church and may have just taken over the graveyard, but I don't know. I'm only going by the simple ranch-house look of the church which seems totally incongrous w/the old graves - which aren't right next to it, either. In any case, the graveyard is split in 2 parts, almost mirror images of each other - the east side of the building is the modern, current 'yard. The west side is the old. Unfortunately, it is very neglected and beaten up by nature (groundhogs, big time, and tree and landscaping take-overs). Many stones are fine, per se, but at least are blocked and practically overgrown by plants surely meant as decoration. Others are blatantly toppled (probably vandalism) and otherwise toppled and trundled under by groundhog holes. This is the same churchyard our organization, Coalition to Protect MD Burial Sites(http://www.rootsweb.com/~mdcpmbs/coalition01.htm), once featured in our literature having the grave of a WWI soldier whose elderly sister was having a tough time tending cuz of the neighbors. The churchyard backs rite up to some houses - and these people claimed anyone coming to those graves was on their property and had no right! Well we put a stop to that. She has at least tended his grave for a while now. I wish the other graves could get as much attention.

Since you mentioned Poplar Springs and St Michael's (who have piled old footstones against the church, and used some headstones for downspout splashguards - thanks alot), I'll mention Simpson UM which is right in between those on Hardy Rd. It is a little church, w/a churchyard of which I don't recall the age. It is, however a "black" church, and as such you'll see many graves are unmarked (including funeral home markers) or marked w/cheap concrete, etc. I recall it being current, also. There are regular markers there as well.
