Newspaper Abstracts might lead you to some additional information. Maryland Chronicle, Frederick, 7 Mar. 1787. Sale of tract of 176 acres with mills thereon, on the forks of Big and Little Hunting Creeks, formerly belonging to Robert WOOD - Adam CREAGER, to be sold at Major Jacob MILLER's in Fred Town.

MD Gazette, 20 Dec. 1797. John ARMSTRONG, of yellowish complexion, about five feet, ten inches tall, speaks Dutch pretty well, has wife and two children in Washington Co., says parents live in Phila. He formerly was a free man but by his villainy became a servant to Jacob MILLER of Washington Co., from whom he run away and was put into Fred Town Jail, from which place subscriber purchased him at sheriff's sale.

Republican Gazette, Frederick, 31 Dec. 1802: Chancery Court, Jacob MILLER, Jr., v. Christopher HILL, alleging that HILL had committed waste on land in which plaintiff had moiety. Wits. for plaintiff: Jacob STEPHENS & Jacob MILLER, Sr. Wits. for defendant: Cornelius RIDGE & Abraham MILLER, Jr.

25 Nov. 1803: Races at Middletown. Enter horses with Abraham MILLER, Jr.

24 May 1805. Jacob MILLER, tavern keeper, Fred Town, has taken tavern known by the sign of the Sheaf of Wheat, formerly occupied by Geo. Jacob SCHLEY & lately by Major HALL in Market Street.

Elizabethtown: To be sold at the house of the subscriber in Antrim T., Franklin Co., horses, mares, colts, cattle, hogs, sheep, farming utensils, & three stills. Jacob MILLER, Sr., published 31 Oct. 1804, near Dr. Henry SCHNEBLY's.

Republican Advocate: 27 Je. 1806. Chancery: John MILLER v. Jacob, Abraham, & George MILLER; Henry & wf. Eliz. SHOEMAKER; Conrad, Eliz., Geo., Catharine, & Magdelina LECHLIDER. John MILLER, the complainant's father, on 16 Apr. 1787, sold to the complainant & the defandant Jacob MILLER, "Brookes' Discovery," 190 acres, Fred. Co. Jacob MILLER, 30 Mar. 1791, transferred to the complainant all his title to sd. land. John MILLER, the father, d. 1804, without having conveyed to complainant, leaving the following representatives: the complainant; Jacob, Abraham, & George MILLER; Elizabeth, wf/o Henry SHOEMAKER; & Conrad, Eliz., Geo., Cath., & Magdalina LECHLIDER, infants. They & sd. Jacob & Geo. MILLER reside outside of limits of the court.

I do not know whether these are your MILLER families, but they left some interesting records.
