On the census of 1810, Berkeley Co., [W] VA, there was a Philip WARNER, whose household included a male and female over 45 [b. by 1765], a female 16 - under 26, and 2 males 16 - u. 26; a male 10 - u. 16, & a male u. 10. That was the only WARNER household listed [Traces, census transcription by D. W. & D. J. MORROW, 1983].
RootsWeb Family Trees: Stephen WARNER & Jemima, b. 1733*, had Jane, b. 1764; Nancy, b. 1765; Marian, Samuel, Jemima, Stephen, Thomas, b. 25 Sep. 1775, MD, & Benjamin G. WARNER (16 Oct. 1779, VA [70 in 1850] - 3 Dec. 1857, Harmony, Morrow Co., OH), m. 1804, Ruth MERRITT (1783, PA [67 in 1850] - 26 Sep. 1867, Harmony Twp., Morrow Co. Death Records, Book 1, 1867+).
Morrow Co. was formed from Marion, Delaware, Knox, & Richland Cos., OH, in 1848.
Stephen WARNER might have been the male over 45 in the household of Jane [WARNER] & Nicholas HOWSER in Barren Co., KY, 1810.
*It seems more likely that Jemima was born ca. 1740, since she had children ca. 1764 - 1779. If b. 1733, she would have had her first child when over 30 and last known child at age 46.
