George A. Saffer was born in Emmitsburg, Frederick, MD to Conrad Saffer and Margaret Elizabeth Elme. He married Elsie Eliason on 15 Feb 1909 in MD. The couple resided in Scranton, Lackawanna, PA years afterwards.

Any information on the couple would be greatly appreciated.
