You must be sitting at your computer today. I visited the LDS FHC in Kensington last night, looking for a circle chart on my husband's line, and noticed a book on Dorchester County Cemeteries while I was waiting. I looked up my maiden name Rownd, not really expecting anything since I thought they were all in Worcester and Wicomico Counties, but there was John Whittington and Peggy Winder Handy Rownd, their two daughters (Charlotte looked like she might have been listed twice...) and son-in-law Jacob Pattison, all buried in Mulberry Grove, Taylor's Island. There were other Pattison/Patterson listings, but I didn't think to copy them all down. I'll go back in a few weeks when my circle chart (Cleland, though there's some Pattison/Patterson there, too...) comes in.
I'm descended from one of John Whittington Rownd's cousins. I've been tracing all the descendents of the colonial Maryland Rownd/Round/Rounds line. It's posted on WorldConnect under wmrowndmariner.
