I'm seeking any information about John Collins who married Mahala Davidson in Dorchester County in 1826. Possibly lived in East New Market area. They had a son, James Richard Dennis Collins, born 1827. None of these people show up in the 1840 census for that area, although Mahala and son appear in the 1850 census, so John may have died before 1840.
