Annanias Payne in Charles Co. 1764

In 1764 Annanias Payne (Pain) (age abt. 25) stated that he was a planter "of Charles Co." on a lease for land in Prince Georges Co. He may have recently moved to the area or he may have been born there. I am looking for more information about Annanias (my 5th gr-grandfather) and will be happy to share information about his life in Fairfax Co., VA after 1769, as well as his descendants.

If anyone is researching the Payne/Pain family of 18th century Charles Co. please contact me. Even if we don't make a connection I may be able to eliminate some people and not duplicate research.

Thank you.

Brenda Payne Rose
