Blake's in Cecil Co in the 1700's

I am trying to find out about the parents of Isaac Blake, born in N. Susquehanna, Cecil Co, MD about 1760. I can't even find N Susquehanna on new or old maps of the county, so I have no idea where it might have been. He married a woman named Jane and they were still living there for the 1790 census, but ended up in what is now WV. He had a child named Solomon Alva, who a direct ancestor of mine, who was born between 1796 and 1801 (2 censuses give conflicting information about his age). I have hit a brick wall regarding Isaac's parents and the Blakes in Cecil Co. Please, if you have any clues to help me track him down, I would be very grateful. Thanks!
