Benjamin McMasters, 1930 census, Perry Point

I have a cousin, Benjamin Franklin McMasters, born in Westmoreland Co., PA, 23 Oct. 1895. He joined the Marine Corps in Oct. 1921 and trained at Parris Island and served at Naval Station Hampton Roads for some years. In 1928 he was "mustered" (in or out I'm not sure) at Philadelphia.
In 1930 he was on the census at Perry Point, Cecil Co., MD. He had been married 2 years to an older woman whose name I can't quite make out...the indexer chose "Rual" McMasters.
In 1942, he was across the river in Havre de Grace, Harford Co., MD and he had no dependents. He worked for Stanley Barrett in Havre de Grace. I couldn't make out his occupation.
I've checked the online veteran's cemetery indexes with no luck. The Marine roster goes to only 1940 so I don't know if this 46 year old man reenlisted or if he died in the county. I'm also posting this in Harford Co. genforum.

Can anyone help me?
