You are most kind.Thank you for the data on Edward and Emma.Edward was first in Cecil County,but I haven't been able to get any more info on him.His parents are unknown to me.(I would love to know who they were).I know(based upon what my grandfather(Robert)shared in a news article in the Queen Anne's County Record Observer many years ago(late 30's)that he was raised in Cecil County,and his family farmed along the Sasafras(spelling)River,probably in the area of Georgetown.I assume that Emma was from Cecil County as well.Her maiden name was Milward as I recall.I can't find either Edward or Emma in any Maryland census records prior to 1880,but know that they both were born in Maryland.
