The item I referenced was very vague. The Joseph Arbuckle that I'm seeking married an (I guessing here) an Isabella first, then Sarah Sterrett. This would probably be in the 1770's first and maybe as late as 1785 for the 2nd. I am fishing in Cecil County as they were near or in Little Britain Twp. at the time.
Chester County is another possibility but I've come up empty there so far.
