As a resident of the area, I suspect the area you are referring to is in fact Conowingo Creek which is a tributary of the Susquehanna River, located in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania and Cecil County, Maryland. It not a reservation that I know of. Many of the places in the Susquehanna area have indian names as it was much populated by native americans. You should be able to pull up a Google map or something from Wikipedia.
The Hartford, MD reference for Susannah's death location may be Hartford County. The Susquehanna River divides Cecil and Hartford Counties. Cecil County also borders PA in that area.
