Ancestry.com Sarah Rash's born abt 1814 listed under a number of Maryland & Delaware census records. Cecilton, MD and Kent County DE are very close to eachother and often, it seems, the locations are somewhat interchangeable in historical records. The area was very rural and divided up into "hundreds" for a long time. (Some say the Hundred-names come from Revolutionary War days and signify that the regions could be counted on to muster a hundred men to fight. Other natives say it is only a geographical boundary.)
