I am searching for documentation of a father–son relationship and need help. Several genealogy books reporting on the family of the Daniel Perkins who built White House Farm near Kennedyville, MD state without offering source that his son Daniel Perkins (jr) (1725-1768) of Kent Co married Mary Garnett and fathered six children one of whom was the Thomas Perkins that unmarried Mary Kettridge Malden of Cecil County. All the circumstantial information I have collected suggests this to be the case, but proof is lacking. The subject Thomas lived at least his adult life in Baltimore as members of the Methodist Episcopal Church at East Baltimore Station. He and his wife Mary K. Malden both died in Baltimore during the 1832-43 period.
