States: Maryland: Cecil
I believe the tract you are searching for is not in Cecil County or even Maryland, but on up the Delaware River on the New Jersey side between Burlington and Bordentown. William Biddle, the immigrant/progenitor of the wealthy Philadelphia Biddle family, located on a tract about 1681-2, which he named "Mount Hope." A profile of this family is found in "Colonial and Revolutionary Families of Pennsylvania : Genealogical and Personal Memoirs," New York: Lewis Pub. Co., 1911, 1769 pgs.
There is a Beadle/Beedle/Biddle family in Cecil County, but as far as I am aware, and despite great desire on the part of descendant researchers, it has not been linked to the Philadelphia Biddle family.
