This sounds like the family of Thomas Wilson of "Mary's Fancy" or perhaps that of Robert Wilson of "Wilson's Fancy"--Frederick County residents in the area of Emmitsburg--in the mid-1700s. My wife's Wilson family has DNA relationship, perhaps direct descent, from the family of Thomas. I do not know whether Robert may have been a brother, or otherwise related. Would greatly appreciate sharing any information. My wife's ancestor was Joseph Wilson, d 1827 in Moundsville, WV. Howard Sachs (Kansas City)
