In 1850 John Peterman Koller in Shrewbury Twp has a son James born 1837.
In 1860 John P has a son James J 22 Shrewsbury Twp York Co.
In 1870 James J Koller is in Manchester Carroll Co. Md
He is 32 married to Rebecca 26
He has Syranda 6 and Alverta 4
All born in PA
In 1880 James J Koller is in Carroll Co. and is in charge of the Almshouse
He is married to Elizabeth 36. She may be the Lizzie Nonemaker who married a James Koller 7 Apr 1878.
He has Saranda 16 and Elverta 14 and also in the home is George Emory, a step-son and Thomas Clinton, a nephew

In 1900 James J is 62 in the Freedom District of Carroll Co. and has been married 22 yrs
Elizabeth is 56
He has children James 19, Lula 18, Emma 16, Lottie(Charlotte) 13 and John Henry 11.
In 1910 James J. Koller is 72 in the Freedom District
Elizabeth is 65
Charlotte is 23, John Henry is 21 and nephew Ellsworh Bressler is in the home age 42

In 1920 James W. Koller 39 is in Freedom Carroll Co. MD with wife and children

Early on in the Shrewsbury taxes of 1831 and 1834 John Peterman is a wheelwright. In the 1810census Koller is Colar and there are 4 Jacobs and 2 Johns. % of the 6 have males 0-10. I havenít been able to sort them out yet .
