Determined the Father of George Reed to be Jacob Reed/Ried b. 01 Aug 1754 d. 18 Oct 1838
Bur. Jerusalem Lutheran Church Cemetery (Bachman Hills), Carroll, MD. Now looking for info on Jacob's wife.

Their children include:
Frane (Frana) b. 01 Oct 1780 d. 4 Mar 1858
Mary b. 18 Aug 1775 d. 19 Dec 1839
Elizabeth b. abt 1806
George b. 12 Jul 1782 d. 03 Nov 1857
and possibly Polly who d. 24 Apr 1823 @ 41?y.1m.14d

This George Reed's wife was Anna Marie Krumrein and NOT Mary Hardy as originally thought. The family appears to have moved from Frederick Co. MD to Manheim TWP in the 1790s then back to Manchester area on the Baltimore/ Frederick Co. line in 1816.
