Nicholas made his wife Ruth (Stansbury) Brown his executrix along with his son Nicholas Hall Brown Ja. There was an equal dist. of his estate after his wife's porton. She had control of the estate for 10 years or her death whichever comes first. She died in 1841. Children listed in will as follows.
Belinda Brown Barnes (wife of WM. Barns); William Stansbury Brown; Nicholas Hall Brown; Nelson Brown; Ruth Brown; Susan Brown; George Brown; Elizabeth Brown; Ann Brown; Andrew Jackson Brown; Charles Wesley Brown and Charity Brown. I also have a copy of Andrew Jackson Brown's will.
