To Adam, 100 acres where mother Lois SHIPLEY lives, pt/o "Howard's & Porter's Range." To Robert & Peter, each 100 a. on Elk Ridge, pt/o "Adam the First." To Keturah & Lois, each 100 acres of "Shipley's Choice" south of Ann Arundell River, bounded by land of Richard WARFIELD [Abstracts of Land Records of Anne Arundel Co., MD].
