Do you have a reference for Samuel STANSBURY being born in London in 1700?

BARNES' Balto. Co. Families: Samuel STANSBURY (of Tobias of Detmar), a minor in 1714, will pr. 9 May 1783. Samuel STANSBURY may have first m. a Miss PORTER from London, & m2. 24 May 1777, widow Mary Ann ( ) CULLISON, who m3. Jas. HUGHES. Samuel's sons were Samuel, who died ca. 1799, Caswell Co., NC; & Solomon, d. 1748, who may have m. 27 Oct. 1743, Hannah HICKS. Samuel, d. 1799, may have had a son Solomon, b. 26 S 1755, & Luke, who d. 1848.

Samuel, b. 169_, above, would have been born in Maryland, but could have gone to London, either for education or on business. Abstracts of Land Records: "Long Island," 100 acres, was surveyed in 1720 for Samuel STANSBURY on the south side of Great Falls of Gunpowder, MHM 9:78.

MD Deponents, AA Co.: Joseph STANSBURY, 39 in 1784;
remainder all of Balto. Co., STANSBURY: Dixon, 74 in 1796*. Edmund, 52 in 1778*.
John, 57 in 1785, mentioned his father Thomas, decd.
Luke, 59 in 1739, decd. by 1750.
Richardson, 50 in 1773. {{b. 20 May 1723, s/o Daniel.}}
Tobias, 60 in 1746, had surveyed with Uncle Luke RAVEN. {{This was the second Tobias, b. ca. 1686, s/o Tobias STANSBURY & Sarah RAVEN, who had twins Thomas & Daniel, ca. 1678; Luke, ca. 1680; Tobias, ca. 1686; & Samuel & Tabitha--the last two were minors in 1714. The book gives different birth years for Luke & Tobias, relying on article by Christopher JOHNSON in MD Hist. Magazine, 1914.}}
