I have located my Great Great Grandparents John H. and Clara Davis on the 1930 Census in Caroline County, Maryland. There is no town or city name on the record. Could someone let me know where the Election District No. 3 is located. Listed in the margines of the record is states "county farms" and also "Alma House" and everyone listed next to the Alma House is listed as Inmate. I'd really like to know where this district is in Caroline County.
