In researching the Andrew Family, I find a Mark Andrew who moved from Carolina County Maryland into Guilford County, NC in the late 1790's. He died in Guilford County in 1804 and a son, Shadrack was appointed administrator of his estate. There was also a daughter Nancy who married a Whittington. I cannot identify his other children. Mark was married to an Ann Manning who he married in Carolina County in 1779.
There was also a Curtis Andrew who moved into Guilford Co. from Carolina County - wife unknown. The children of Curtis Andrew, according to information that I have, are as follows: Jesse - Luke - William - Mark - John - Samuel - Peggy - Rebecca - Polly - Nelly - Jane and Celia. Curtis died in 1826 in Guilford County.
I am searching for information on the Mark Andrew named as his son as I believe this family ties into our Andrew Family.
